I bought this laptop three months ago from BestBuy in the USA and used it very carefully, but unfortunately, now unexpectedly, my hp envy stopped powering on surprisingly. not booting, no beep, no noise, no led light, and no response on pressing the power button or plugin power after getting an update from Windows 11 and shutdown. my laptop is silent and shows no response like it is a dummy or dead. I checked my plugin power cable that came with my hp envy on my mobile, it is working perfectly fine. Please help me to fix this problem. I will be grateful. I tried to press the power button for 60 seconds to hard reset but no response from my laptop, unfortunately.

Contact BestBuy they will handle the warranty case with <HP>. Either the device will be repaired or you will receive a new device.

Dear you are absolutely right, but unfortunately, currently I am living in Pakistan and there is no Bestbuy store located in Pakistan. Yes, I connected support with the regional support team for HP service: https://www.hp.com/asia_pac-en/default/pakistan.html?fbclid=IwAR18apIsQsCrNPZBeq_HlUNW9acpCivZ2-ShZC... but they refused to help by saying that hp bought from the USA is not supported by our team, unfortunately. We support only products bought from Pakistan only.

I see that your HP notebook does not power on.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.

Dear, I tried this but unfortunately, it has not solved the problem, maybe the combination keys for the hard reset to my hp model
HP ENVY x360 13.3 inche 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D7AV) will be different. There is nothing mentioned about the hard reset combination keys of this model on the documents available on the hp website https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768 too, unfortunately.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link
Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
