HP Recommended

my HP stream was completely wiped clean. now it displays  No bootable device--insert boot disk and press any key. Ive done all the steps from u-tube on how to fix this and nothings changed.  also run a diagnostics on the hard drive and its passed. this is a HP stream laptop model 14. i have access to another HP laptop and i want to know if i can boot it up from this other one. and how i go about doing that.  thank you
