Hi,

since my batery requires replacement (The HP support asistant after a callibration attempt says it should be replaced. In real the old battery runs out quickly and PC shuts down around 20-30% but the batery charges and discharges in cycles) i bought  a new battery that has the same description as old one. After a replacement the PC shows "no charging" and batery level 0%. The HP support  asistant says instantly there is a battery failure and it must be replaced. I thought the new batery is broken so it got exchanged, but the second new battery works the same. I wonder if I miss something when I replace the battery. Once I revert to the old battery it works as it used to do before.
