The Hard Drive has failed and needs to be replaced. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the Hard Drive replacement.
Your computer was shipped with a 500 GB 5400 rpm SATA. The spare part# is 778186-005. For instructions to replace the Hard Drive, refer to page#50 of the User Guide.
