bios recovery does'nt work

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your laptop BIOS recovery is not working.

We request that you perform the Hard drive test and share the test result with us.

This method works even if Windows fails to boot. 

  1. Turn off the laptop.
  2. Press the Power button and immediately press F2 repeatedly (about once every second) until the diagnostics menu appears.
  3. Select Component Tests from the main menu.
  4. Select Hard Drive > Quick Test.
  5. Click Run once.
  6. If the test passes, your drive is likely fine. If it fails, it will provide a 24-digit Failure ID code
