Hi @jadesbrusch,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Reset Using Recovery Mode

  1. Turn Off the Laptop.
  2. Turn It On & Press F11 Repeatedly (Before the HP logo appears) → This opens HP Recovery Manager.
  3. Select "Troubleshoot" > "Reset this PC".
  4. Choose "Remove Everything" (since you want a full factory to reset).
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the reset.

Reset with Windows Installation USB (If F11 Doesn’t Work)

If the storage is too full, you may need to use a USB drive to reinstall Windows:

  1. On another PC, go to Microsoft’s website and download the Windows Media Creation Tool.
  2. Create a bootable USB (at least 8GB).
  3. Insert the USB into your HP laptop.
  4. Restart & Press ESC > F9 to boot from the USB.
  5. Follow the installation steps, selecting "Custom Install" and deleting all partitions for a fresh start.

Let me know if you need more guidance. 💙
