Product: pavilion 15-cs2064st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

will not boot. system  stuck in bios update loop. fails verification. will not pause or exit to boot.

Happened after windows 10 directed install update and reboot. had a green dot.

Hung in bios update failed verification 

Did the procedure "windows key and b key  with power on to reload bios from file.

no errors. 

Still hangs in bios update failed verification loop instead of boot.

System is original hardware. approx 18 months  old windows is uptodate no other issues.

PLease help/

 

system may have had Norton protection installed but was removed a year ago. (?)
