Hi @5CG1224YZF ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP laptop not turning. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's try to troubleshoot the issue with your HP Laptop. Here are a few steps you can follow:
Check Power Supply: Ensure that the laptop is plugged in and that the power adapter is functioning. Look for any indicator lights on the laptop.
Hard Reset:
- Disconnect the power adapter.
- Remove the battery (if removable).
- Press and hold the power button for about 15-20 seconds to discharge any residual power.
- Reconnect the battery and power adapter, then try to turn it on again.
Check for External Devices: Remove any external devices (USB drives, external hard drives, etc.) and try to start the laptop.
Try Safe Mode: If the laptop shows any signs of life (like the HP logo), try booting into Safe Mode by repeatedly pressing the F8 key (or Shift + F8) during startup.
Listen for Beeps or Lights: If the laptop attempts to start but fails, listen for any beeping sounds or check for flashing LED lights. These can indicate specific hardware issues.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
