possible short that causes automatic restart

If I pick up or move my laptop the screen goes to black and starts flashing some pixels then shuts down..... it then automatically reboots.  I ran all fast diagnostics (hardward, software, video etc.) and everything has passed.   There must be a short or something?  but it happens if I move the keyboard (bottom) or if I move the screen (lid).    What else can I try?   

Also they "approved" certified HP dealers listed on HP site when I called said they are NOT HP certified ----so don't know how to even find a certified place to take a look.  

Any ideas of how or where to fix?

Since the issue occurs only when you move the Notebook this is a Hardware problem

Please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately, there are no phone # given only a address search for a service center nearby.  I already called these and they told me they do NOT fix HP and have called HP to tell them to remove their name many times to no avail.  So I am stuck and don't know how to find a HP service center.   Is there a phone number I can call?  

Also no chat option---only the virtual bot.
