Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9480m Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My Elite Book Folio 9480m won’t boot up? Charger plugged in and light on cord showing, only thing it’s doing is the power and cap lock buttons blinking fast, also noticed charging icon on front edge has orange light blinking too… Tried holding down power button for various lengths of time, disconnected and connected battery twice. Do I need new battery or???
