hej,
i have the issue that i could not logon after "power-on authentication" screen appears ... input by keyboard and/or finger sensor don't function anymore ... maybe password and finger print are not correct anymore ...
is there any way to reset the "unknown" bios password ? and or have i to contact a hardware tech ?
