Product: probook 450

my Probook computer is blocked on power on authentification screen.

I have 2 choices : password  : whereis this password  ? on paper delivered by HP when i have bought it ?

ou fingerprint : my fingerprint no more works .

 

i don't understand why this screen appears but i need to unlock my PC for my study.

 

could you help?
