good morning, for some time now when I start it it stops me on the following screen and to make it start I have to press Enter and then it starts normally, I updated all the Drives and the Bios but it didn't solve the problem. I ran the diagnostics and the only abnormal thing I noticed is that it tells me: STATUS OF CHARGE - NOT AVAILABLE
This gives me whether I set the charging state Enable or Disable from the Bios, otherwise each test is passed successfully.
So what do you think could it depend on? thanks in advance to anyone who answers me.
