HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169X0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I'im using HP ENVY X360 core i7 11th laptop

This Morning, after waking up from my bed, I noticed that my laptop no longer start. I want to mention that I had left in charge during 3 days without unplugging it.

These are observations made:

-The full battery indicator, which was white and steady, was blinking orange.

-The power-on indicator was also blinking orange at the same rate as the battery indicator.

-When I initiate the startup, the screen barely lights up. Two seconds later, it turns off and repeats this cycle until the battery is completely discharged. Also, the machine starts heating up.

-When initiate the startup and simultaneously press any key on the keyboard while holding it down, the machine starts normally but emits beeping sounds afterward, preventing the OS from loading.

-However, when I press the "CTRL" key instead, as it doesn't interrupt any processes compared to other keys, the machine starts normally, and I can work without issues. But as soon as I release my finger from the CTRL key, the machine stops immediately and abruptly.

Hello Gtip_pro,

Thank you for your help. But that didn't solve my problem. It looks like it's not a keyboard issue as I ran a test
