Product: Hp computer Windows 10
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So my computer randomly started getting stuck on the loading screen after power on and later on it started to get on preparing for automatic repair, after that I waited for it to fix the disk as it says but since it didn't After some hours I pressed esc and then f2 and then entered system quick test. After doing the test it failed on hard drive short dst. The failure Id was PLQ0WW-92B9NT-XD7W21-60RD03 and then the product Id and below that it says hard drive 1 - primary hdd bay* What can I do

Hi:
That code means that you will have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook. The HDD R & R procedure can be found in chapter 6.

You may want to consider purchasing a better performing, normally more reliable 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the hard drive you can reinstall windows by using the HP cloud recovery client utility.
