Hi,

Try this -->
Go to BIOS Setup F10 on power on, select System Configuration, deactivate "Secure Boot", then select "Legacy" as "Boot option". Save and exit check if this works.

Not working?, try -->
Enter BIOS by tapping away at the F10 key immediately after powering on the laptop.Once in BIOS, tap the F9 key to reset 'Defaults', then F10 to Save & exit.

Still no, do this-->
Once unit is powered on keep tapping F2 key and run the system diagnostic check if the Hard drive is getting detected. If yes run the test for Hard drive. If the Hard drive is not detected if you are comfortable try reseating the Hard drive and check if that works.

II tried the first option and I can't find the secure boot option, I tried the second option and I tried restore defaults because I can't find reset default and it didn't do anything, and I tried the last option and it says Smart Check: Not installed
Short DST: Not installed and now I don't know what else to do.

What about re seating the hard drive? If no improvement,

I think it's time for you to replace hard drive with new one of similar factor. Old hard drive possibly has failed.

Use Recovery media to factory reset after replacement.
