I believe right after updating the BIOS to F.36, I'm getting the "'Product Information not valid" error message at boot up time.

Please let me know if you know anyway to fix the issue.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Did this problem start after a BIOS update?

If Yes, then try a BIOS Crisis Recovery and let me know if that helps

Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02693833

Thank you

Hi,

Thanks for your message. I did the BIOS recovery and it completed successfully.

Unfortunately the issue still exists and I don't see any change in the BIOS version, still says F. 36 in BIOS Setup.  Please advise.

Thanks.
