Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R4AV)
Recently started happening, when I access Amazon or Home Depot or sites such as this the laptop runs sooo slowly (sits and spins or huge delay in response time) and gives message the page isn't responding and option to exit or wait. I select "wait" and am able to use site for brief moment and same thing happens, eventually I get a message "out of memory". I have run diagnostics to clean up laptop but problem persists. Not sure what else to do.
Second issue I have is that I purchased a warranty when initial warranty expired but it isn't showing on my account. I reached out to HP and hope they respond.
