had my computer since 2017. didn’t use it for a few years and just do it out now to reuse. it is stuck in this reboot screen where it shows the HP logo then goes blank. then back to the logo. i tried to do a full factory reset and it kept saying error. i did a quick test and an extensive check, they both passed. i change the date in the software to the current date. i even change the enabled legacy support. it won’t let me swipe my hard drive. and it is still rebooting. before all this (a year back) i tried logging in and didn’t know my password so tried doing a factory reset and it said error so i stopped trying then came back to it now, and now it’s all messed up. someone please help.
