Hello,
I have an HP ProBook 455 15.6 inch G9 that every time i turn on the PC, i see a text telling "recovering fingerprint controller firmware".
Then, UEFI screen come out and Windows starts.
This is normal? Seems that the fingerprint firmware wasn't upgraded correctly.
I've tried to update to latest bios and driver. I have the same issue.
How can i resolve?

Hi! I had the same issue with HP Elitebook 640 G10 14" after updating my BIOS firmware to 01.04.00. Latest version (01.05.05) fixed it. There was an update for your model on Aug, 30, hopefully it will solve your problem
