HP Recommended

I have erased by mistake the initial boot files from an HP Probook. I got after a recovery USB file from HP with few files that were supposed to point my broken machine to cloud and download the windows. When I am trying to use it it says no bootable device found. The BIOS is set up to boot from USB first. Am I doing something wrong. Thank you for your support.
