HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

first, i know nothing about computer...it will be like talking to a wall.  got an error msg avutil-60.ddl and was suggested the best way to correct error is to uninstall and then reinstall.  i fumbled around and i believe i did uninstall.  MicroSoft One Drive was pre-installed on my laptop to begin with.

now, I don,t know how to get it back!      Present from my hubby and i would rather try to fix it before i tell him.

anyone help?

  1. Uninstall and reinstall OneDrive
    • Press the Windows key, type Programs, then select Add or remove programs.
    • Under Apps & features, find Microsoft OneDrive.
    • Select Uninstall and complete the removal.
    • Download the OneDrive installer from the official site using the link in the documentation: Microsoft OneDrive app.
    • Run the downloaded file and follow the prompts to sign in and set up OneDrive again.

The documentation notes that uninstalling/reinstalling OneDrive does not cause data loss; your files remain in the cloud and will resync.

This is official microsoft guide for this, you can check if you want- https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/reinstall-onedrive
