Hello @saravanan55
Welcome to the HP Support forum.
What kind of logo you refer to you ? Where is it ? Could you be more specific ?
How about taking a picture of it with your camera or phone and posting it back here as an attachment ?

Hi @saravanan55
It may not be that easy.
It depends on where the log has been bundled - it may be part of the BIOS/UEFI or part of the operating system.
Please, watch these videos

Also, read these articles:

Hope this helps.
N.B. ! If you are going to use this computer, best security practises suggest that you flatten the HDD (perform formatting) and reinstall Windows (or another operating system) from scratch. The idea here is to guarantee free clean start for the new user and to eliminate the potential of hidden unwanted modifications from the previous owner and hidden malware/virus. I recommend you perform clean Windows installation.

Some business class computers of HP (like Elitebook) have Fast boot option in the BIOS and it can be disabled by entering the BIOS (F10 during start up) and unchecking the option. I am not familiar with HP 241 having such an option in the BIOS/UEFI
With regards to Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10, there is also such an option - here is a guide how to disable Fast boot / fast startup in Windows >> https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html
Hope this helps.
