HP Stream Notebook - 13-c002dx

I bought this laptop in a pawn shop as is , its password locked at first owner I have acces by guest account I try to reset factory condition but give error message there is not sufficient memory try to liberate some memory and try again ... i erased by dos some files  i have a free memory almost 2 GB  but still can not reset it
