reset bios password

HP Recommended
Pavilion dv2395ea
Microsoft Windows Vista

Dear everybody!

I have an old HP Pavilion entertainment dv2395ea (dv2000 series) from 2003. Its bios setup is password protected and I do not remember the password. I read several places on the internet on how to reset my bios password but did not succeed. I also opened the back of my laptop to remove the CMOS battery but I saw that it is already removed. The following is the photo of underneath of my laptop where I assume CMOS battery is supposed to be:

How can I reset my bios password? I really appreciate your help 🙂 🙂

Regards,

Ali
