Tried 3 different images, still can't boot just get BSOD. Current problem laptop can't find the hard disk, it says windows 10 installed in the bios and in diagnostics/ storage it justs skips the test stage I am still having problems finding a repair manual for this model. I also see what looks like a M.2 slot on the motherboard if the eemc has gone can I plug in some type of M.2 board and get it going that way.
Please advise.
Thanks
Si

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community.
I reviewed the case regarding issues with the computer.
I will be delighted to assist you here.
This happens when the image is not a bootable one.
Is it from HP? or a user created one?
Keep me posted. 🙂
