my laptop is stuck in the no boot device found mode. ive tried everything. my setup utility is the only thing i am able to get to. however, the utility. insydeh20, is not showing most of the options that hp and other youtube videos show that i should have. also, when i push f11, it shows f11...system recovery at the bottom of the screen, but goes right back to no boot device screen. help!!!!!

I understand that you are getting no boot device found message.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
First, you have to perform the hard drive test.
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to the Component test.
5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.
Please let us know the result.
If the test is passed. You have to perform the system recovery
Note: Performing the recovery, you will lose the personal data and installed the application.
