Product: ENVY x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

screen turn off after pressing shutdown button but power button light keeps on and Harddrive also.Some time it also not respond from sleep mode just light of power button keeps on but nothing eles works

Have you checked your power options regarding this beacuse it looks like you may have changed certain things like when you press the power button you can set it to do nothing or shut down etc? This may be why...
