Product: HP Notebook - 17-ca1012na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

On booting up the product there is a large delay in processing the action followed by a large period of time whilst setting up items. Windows 11 and the BIOS is up to date and all tools have been tried from HP.

How old is the laptop and how long has this delay been happening? Did this start when you first started using the laptop or is it more recent?
