I was using my laptop normally while charging suddenly the screen turned black and it turned off. checked the charging port and the orange light was blinking. Tried to turn it back on but ended up with only the poer button blinking a few times before going dead again. and mind you, black screen only and nothing shows on the screen whatsoever. And the cycle repeats.
Tried the following while looking up possible solutions online:
- charged it up until full battery or the indicator turned white
- pressed esc, f12, f10, f6 after pressing power button
- ctrl + B and crtl + V (both didn’t work)
- tried to hard reset by pressing on the power button for ~15 secs.
- couldn’t externally install the BIOS from a flash drive because (1) i don’t have another windows comouter and (2) when i looked up my laptop model online, it didn’t have the softwares specifically for my model
it seems like a hopeless cause and I don’t know what to do, am still doing online classes atm and badly need my laptop...help!!!
