ssd speed get half on battery

I am using the hp victus with ryzen 5 7535hs and rtx 2050.

I run the crystal disk mark test which give me the result about 7000mbps of speed on power but on battery it give me only 3500 mbps of speed why even my laptop run slow on battery it take long time on boot.

One thing you can do is to change the power setting.

Go to Setting -> System -> Power & Battery -> Power Mode. If it is set as 'Balanced,' switch to 'Best performance.'

but there is no impact on ssd speed
