does it safe to disable HpseuHostLauncher  in startup program and what's its for in startup

I understand that you would like to disable the HpseuHostLauncher  in the startup program 

 

HPSystemEventUtilityHost.exe  Leave it. Most of the HP programs are there because they're optimized to the laptop's performance and/or better than the original OS utility.
