stuck in a blue screen reboot loop with message "NET wbw02.sys"

Thank you for promptness.  I used advanced tools to refresh , taking system back to defaults but keeping all my files.

I don't mind re-installing the few add-ons I used, as well as XNView & Videolan . I had everything already backed up.

This forum does provide alternative methods for correcting various issues.  Overall happy with this laptop since it is my back-up.  The battery life and lightweight is superb . Appreciate response for future reference.
