I can't turn on my laptop. If i press the power button it only blink but laptop doesn't turn on. It's the second time. After first time I sent the laptop for repair,  the man repairing laptops told me that it was a virus. However, I did not download anything dangerous new to my laptop. And from time to time I check my laptop using the official program from the HP company.

What i can do? Maybe there are some button combination to reboot the system, and i can transfer all my files and materials from a laptop to a flash drive, for example.

Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release. Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer and then repeatedly press the ESC key and enter the diagnostic option page (F2 is diagnostics)

Makes sure you can pass the memory and disk test. If you still cannot power up or get into windows then check warranty

Or contact the closest authorized service center

if you send it in for warranty be sure to notify them to return the original disk drive so you can recover your files.

Alternately, remove the drive, attach it to a USB3 adapter, and recovery your important files.

The claim about the virus is suspicious.  I would avoid using that tech support agent if possible.
