Hello, the problem was after updating the BIOS via Microsoft update. After updating the BIOS to version F.72 Rev.A, my laptop stopped booting, constantly rebooting, the screen flickers. Attempts to update/reinstall the BIOS using USB flash and the win+b key combination, the BIOS update window opens, the update process begins, and after completion, the system reboots forever. I tried to install the previous version of BIOS F.71 Rev.A from USB flash. but an error occurs and the update does not start. who can help me what to do? Product 3QM19ES
