This system uses a flash device for primary storage. To test this flash device, please install the HP UEFI Support Environment.
I am unable to load into my windows and have done the basic way to get my laptop fixed, including the:
1. BIOS restoring to default. By turning on your PC keep tapping f10 key.
2. Press F9 key once to restore BIOS defaults.
3. Running system diagnostics from F2 (To which lead me to the above message - Infinitely).
4. Tapping F2. To boot into system diagnostics run memory and hard drive test.
5. Running recovery from F11 (Which only showed up for 2 seconds then no nothing after that).
Please help me. I'm on dead end now. 😞

Hi
The Stream has a silicon chip as a hard drive, 32 or 64 GB is the norm.
No mechanical wear, no loose cables which is good, but no chance of changing it.
F11 is usually disabled as there is insufficient space for it to work, so make an install USB...
