hello sir/madam,

i am getting a problem while booting into another os i.e., kali linux. i want to use kali live with my usb drive. i created my usb drive bootable with iso file of kali linux but now in my laptop, when i enter in the boot menu options and switch on booting options then i click on boot with my usb/flash drive then nothing happens. it is not working. it should be boot up my usb drive os. what can i do now. can anyone help me here? my laptop is HP 15s eq0024au

I'm sorry, but HP only warranties their PCs for usage with the OS that comes preinstalled.

IF you replace that with a Linux distro, or add a Linux distro, then you assume full responsibility for maintaining that -- including solving any problems with booting the other OS and/or installing the other OS.

Your best bet for support now is to contact the support forum of the distro you are using.
