hello,please can you help me , iv forgotten my administrator password ,its happened to me before I did a factor reset I think its called last time,

I ended up having to spend £80 on new memory after I did the factory set and put the disk in.As my screen went completely black  .What can I do to find out my administrator password im able to get onto my guest account
