after updating to bios version F.08  my laptop is going into hibernation while playing games. I had contacted HP support but no use. can you guys tell me when will you release update and I am very much frustrated with your product. I made  wrong decision by buying your product. as my laptop is a month old.

I have been reading about the major issues caused by the last BIOS update to your notebook's model series.

 

You may want to copy the links to relevant discussions to your message to provide documentation that it isn't only you that is having this problem.

 

Hopefully, that will get the HP software/hardware engineers to release an update that fixes the problem soon.
