Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
it lag so much that it hard to do work . some time freeze . applications open very late . My laptop specification are

Microprocessor
Intel® Core™ i3-6100U with Intel® HD Graphics 520 (2.3 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores)
Memory, standard
4 GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
Video Graphics
AMD Radeon R5 M330 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)
Hard Drive
1 TB 5400 rpm SATA
can i install SSD to it and which SSD is best to install.

There are 2 things you can do to have it run faster
1. Replace 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA with 1 TB of SSD for example

2. Replace 4 GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) with 2 x 8GB of the followig copatible RAM
