Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When i on my computer windows boot manager gets displayed with the option of selecting windows 7after selecting windows 7 when its time to login into my account by entering the password something happens whereby something long gets written down under password itself then i backspace that and write my password . So i want to know why its happening like this and how to fix and disable boot manager and the login problem thats it.

All of a sudden had a BIOS password come up

 

Says "Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password"

I understand you are in need of support, As it's an Admin/Bios password related issue You would have to talk to our Support Engineers in order to get the password reset disk. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your laptop.

HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

  • Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Select the product type.
  • Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
  • Select the country from the drop-down.
  • You should see the HP support number or Chat option listed
