None of my log-in options have been working since I have bought this laptop. At the moment, I log in using the PIN.
Fingerprint, facial recognition, etc. are "currently unavailable". It says: "Something went wrong. Try again later." It has been like that for almost a year, I have been quite disappointed as those little gigs are the reason I chose this device at first place.
I have made another account on this same laptop, and there are no issues.
I have contacted the shop I have bought it from, unfortunately they want me to pay a fee to have a look at it.
