so i cannot use my recovery disc or some default app because that, i read that i have to retatoo the motherboard but hp dont provide me with dmifit or something similiar so what can i do? i call hp technical support and they just told me to return the motherboard in spite of the part is correct, it just have wrong information
so how can i modify that information on the bios?

Unfortunately, you cannot do that on your own.
The HP DMI utility is proprietary.
You are going to have to let HP or an authorized service provider do it for you.
They will have access to and can enter the serial number, the product byte codes, product number the Microsoft licensing information and more.
