According to HP's specs, your HP 250 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC laptop is fitted with DDR4 RAM, up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM.
However, other sources such as Crucial and CompuRAM, claim a max of 2 x 32GB RAM.
