HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 17-cd1023nr
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I just purchased a used HP Pavilion 17-cd1023nr gaming laptop and am wondering if the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 video card can be upgraded and what options I have?  Can I put any laptop video card in it or am I limited to a specific style/model/family?

Thank you in advance.

Hi:

The graphics adapter is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard.

HP only has the service manual for the older model series, so there isn't an up-to-date list of supported motherboards.
