Product: HP Elitebook 8440p

I recently picked up a HP Elitebook 8440p. It had been refurbished before the previous owner got it. The laptop had been outside by a shed when i picked it up, and had some water on it. So i took some compressed air to it, and plugged it in, and it did not turn on. If the battery was in it the charging light would blink red constantly. If i tried to turn on with a 45w charger it would be blue, a 65w charger would be red. since the computer is loaded  I am trying my best to get working
