Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 14-bp050wm I bought off amazon in Sept of 2018 and I am a nursing student it broke a few weeks ago.  But it was finals and I needed it.  Its upgraded from 7 i think not sure.  Bought it brand new.  Anyway everwhere well no where is any open now.  They're all in hiding and now I can't get it fixed. HEEELLLLLPPPPP

I once tried to fix one of these guys before and I lost my mind and never got it back together correctly.
