@SafwanShan Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that After the Graphics driver update laptop mouse started to lag.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Try the steps recommended below.
I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also, ensure Windows is up to date.
Please update the BIOS.

I understand your concerns.
In that case, I request you to use the AMD autodetect software from AMD and install it on the PC, which will detect the video card and will download the suitable driver for it to work on the PC.

The above link is 3rd party and is not owned by HP, I've posted this only so that I may help you resolve this issue by going beyond my support boundaries, please ignore the ads and take only the free suggestions

I have the same issue. Updated bios, updated the graphics driver via:
1) Windows Update
2) Download from HP website
3) Download directly from AMD
My computer is a HP 15-af157na. Clearly there must be a hardware compatibility issue within HP computers and this processor. It is therefore not a issue purely for the above commentator or myself but a wider issue.

AMD andrenalin 2020 drivers are not going well with HP AF114AU with AMD Radeon R5 M330 graphics, AMD APU A8-7410 Processor. It caused steady lag every 2 seconds. As this is a third party driver for HP, the latest HP proprietary driver should be the one that's released through HP support assistant and it works fine without lags.

I am also facing the similar issue with the same drivers. It's HP who needs to release updated driver for this chipset. I am now started facing stuttering in video calls due to old drivers. HP have to support us while providing the latest driver customised by HP team for there product.
