G60-1190M Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I found my old laptop its a HP G60 (HP G60-1190M) 100-Series. Product # FS186UA. Operating System I think is Windows 7. I plugged it in and turned it on and all I got was a black screen saying something about the BIOS is missing or something pretty close to that .. I'm not completly sure I dont know alot when it comes to fixing computers. I tried the HP site for help and when I typed in the Serial # , Product # or HP G60-1190M & got nothing until i finally came across something that said do you need support for a product from the retired list so I clicked on it and found that software , drivers etc.. are no longer available for my laptop so my question is does anyone know how I can download and install the BIOS for my laptop. Thanks in advance for any help I appreciate it.. 🙂

Hi:

Here is the last BIOS update that HP released for your notebook's model series.

I have no idea how you are going to install it though.

You need to install it using Windows Vista only.
