Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
I have an HP 14s - dq series laptop.
I've been continuously getting the battery calibration issue.
I've tried all the methods which were suggested by HP support assist.
- Fully charge and plugged it in for 3 hours
- Did it manually
And even uninstalled the HP support assistance and installed it again.
I'm still getting the same error.
Hoping some could help me with this.
